Executive Search / Head Hunting

At Richmond Search & Selection we focus on finding the best candidates for our clients. Often we are commissioned to seek out candidates when normal recruitment efforts have failed. The people you are looking for will already have successful careers and are likely to be settled in a job they enjoy.

Our role is to approach these individuals and introduce them to your opportunity. We will identify them through the combination of our internal research functions and extensive network which ensures access to the widest range of suitable candidates.

Retained Assignments

We will only take on a retained search if we know we can fulfil the mandate within the agreed period of time. This will offer both the client and the search firm the assurance that the search will be completed and who it will be completed by.

Contingency

As Richmond Search & Selection is a privately held company we can offer a certain flexibility regarding the format of the search. We have the flexibility to agree to a contingency process as and when appropriate for searches which can be appropriately handled through this method.
